Mary has been practicing Reiki since 2020 and became a Reiki Master Practitioner in 2021. She is certified in both Usui Holy Fire Reiki (Japanese style) and Ma’heo’o Reiki (Native American style), bringing a deeply intuitive, energy-focused approach to her work.

After graduating from a COMTA-accredited holistic massage program in February 2022, Mary became a licensed massage therapist in March 2022. With a lifelong passion for bodywork and holistic healing, she integrates both energetic and therapeutic techniques to support the body as a whole.

Her sessions may include Reiki, manual lymphatic drainage (MLD), cupping, reflexology, and hot stone therapy, along with advanced therapeutic modalities such as neuromuscular therapy (NMT), trigger point therapy (TPT), PNF stretching, and deep tissue work.

Known for her calming presence and intuitive touch, Mary focuses on working with the nervous system to promote deep relaxation, release tension, and restore overall balance and well-being.
