Janice, a former teacher, attended Southeastern Institute and has been a licensed massage therapist since 2012.  Her style blends Swedish, Deep Tissue and Neuromuscular techniques to help each client meet his or her individual needs during the massage session.  She focuses on her clients’ goals and objectives, both short- and long-term, and tailors her massages accordingly.  Janice feels that massage is a joint effort and best results are achieved when client and therapist work together.  Janice performs Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular and Prenatal Massage and has advanced training in massage for headache relief and prevention.  In addition, Janice is a certified Grief Massage practitioner and has trained extensively with the founder of this new massage modality.
