TESTIMONIALS
"Rachel is amazing! I came in with significant sciatica/piriformis pain. She took one look and said the same thing a prior physical therapist had honed in on - that my left hip was higher than the right. She spent a solid hour working my left side. I left feeling better and immediately booked a follow-up appointment. You won't regret coming to see Rachel!"

I went to Zoe Massage & Bodywork for my first ever massage. Rachel made the experience really comfortable for me. We talked a bit before we got started, and the entire session was really tailored to what I needed. She was very good at educating me on the process and did a great job on the massage. I had been having a pain in my shoulder that would not ease up for weeks before I went to Zoe, and after this session it finally went away. I have to admit, I was skeptical of how much a massage could help your body, but it really did work wonders. Can't wait to go back!
